We offer a variety of qualifications that can help achieve career goals paths that are plentiful.

 

At South Metro TAFE we have our very own training restaurant. The Bentley Pines runs as a fully operational restaurant and bistro every week so our students can obtain priceless work experience and get a taste of what the industry is like outside of the classroom. In addition to this we also have a fully functional bakery and host a number of hospitality events throughout the year.

 

South Metro TAFE recently became the only City & Guilds accredited training provider in Australia. We offer the Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Hospitality & Events. We also offer the Advanced Diploma & Associate Degree in Hospitality.
